We care about you and your pet

The Practice provides a full diagnostic service including radiography, ultrasound scanning, endoscopy and electrocardiography. Though we have in house facilities  and a qualified, experienced technicianfor some tests, , we send the majority of our samples to an independant lab. Here samples are examined, and the results are available to us, normally within 24 hours for our vets to analyse.

Medical care is underpinned by the use of a full range of modern orthodox treatments plus several complementary therapies including homoeopathy and acupuncture. We also offer a wide range of surgical procedures, including full dental care, backed up by the latest anaesthetic agents and equipment and full anaesthetic monitoring. We work closely with several local referral services for those occasions when the situation demands more specialist care.

Two often-overlooked aspects of practice life underline our commitment to the care of patients. Firstly continuing education with all vets regularly attending approved training courses and nursing staff are encouraged to achieve NVQ status. Secondly our full 24-hour emergency service provided at our own premises by our own Veterinary Surgeons 365 days a year.

We have computerised client records for swift access to patient details and fully itemised invoices across each of our branches.
