Our full staff of both qualified and assistant Vet nurses provide the support needed for the Vets, ensuring the greatest care for your animals at all times. Whether this is helping attain a sample from a patient, monitoring an anaesthetic, caring for inpatients or any of their wide range of responsibilities, they are help ensure the smooth running of the practice.
RVN -Head Nurse
Karen is an important part of our nursing team, having joined the practice in 2010, she has recently taken the Head Nurse role, much to the delight of the rest of the staff.
Sue has been with the practice for several years and is a valued member of the team. She has a number of her own pets and also helps out with a local senior guide group in her spare time.
Ruth is the latest addition to the nursing team, having joined us after qualifying from Hartpury college in 2016.
Having completed an animal care course, Jesse joined us as a trainee nursing assistant at the start of 2013. In her spare time Jesse shows rabbits, and looks after her two shetland ponies.
Also having studied at hartpury college, Melissa worked in the practice for several years before taking maternity leave , and now rejoining us in 2013.
She has a rhodesian ridgeback, rooney who she shows.
